WENDT CORPORATION announced the addition of Ben Brackmann to its Regional Sales Team and the internal promotion of Kodey Hayes within the growing Aftermarket Division. These strategic moves reflect the company’s commitment to enhancing its market presence and meeting the growing demands of its valued customers.

According to a press release from the company, as the newly appointed regional account manager for the Western U.S., Brackman joins a team of four other regional representatives and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge built over many years of service in the recycled materials industry. His expertise will be instrumental in further strengthening WENDT’s position in the market and expanding its reach in key regions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ben Brackmann to our team. His extensive background, industry knowledge and familiarity with our customer base makes him a valuable asset to our expanding sales force,” said David Siejka, sales director at WENDT CORPORATION. “This strategic addition reinforces our dedication to maintaining excellence in customer service and enhancing our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”

WENDT’s Aftermarket division has also experienced remarkable growth since its launch last April. To support that growth, WENDT has expanded its resources dedicated to Aftermarket with the internal promotion of Hayes to sales engineer. Hayes has been with the company for close to two years.

In his new capacity, Hayes will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales and engineering. Working closely with the regional sales team, with a focus on the Aftermarket division, Hayes will work directly with customers to define project scope, present solutions and help expand WENDT’s Aftermarket footprint across the market.

“Kodey’s promotion reflects both his personal commitment to professional growth and WENDT’s dedication to fostering talent from within. With his solid background in engineering and a demonstrated passion for taking on new challenges, Kodey is well-positioned to contribute significantly to our continued expansion of our Aftermarket presence,” said Ethan Willard, global director of business development.

WENDT hopes that with Brackmann’s expertise driving sales and Hayes’ dedication to aligning engineering with customer requirements, their combined contributions will help the company achieve new milestones and expand WENDT’s leadership position in the industry.
