Comal Iron and Metals, Inc. in New Braunfels, Texas recently hosted the New Braunfels Manufacturing Association at its facility. The visit consisted of engaging discussions about the future of manufacturing and recycling, and how partnering contributes to a more sustainable industry.

“It was an incredible opportunity to connect with fellow industry leaders, share insights, and showcase our commitment to sustainable practices in metal recycling, said CEO Marcie Rodriguez.

Comal recently celebrated its 55th anniversary, and continues to share its commitment to metal recycling to help reduce waste, promote the reuse of valuable materials, and put money back into the local community. These types of events at local recycling facilities encourage partnerships and engagement with the community and its leaders.

“We look forward to continuing these conversations and collaborations to drive innovation and sustainability in manufacturing and recycling,” added Rodriguez. “At Comal Iron and Metals, we believe that by working together, we can create a greener, more sustainable future for our community and beyond. We will continue to support and uplift each other in this vital industry.”
