Portable ladder safety was the topic in this meeting at River Metals Recycling. Falls are among the leading causes of fatal workplace injuries among construction workers. In the General Industry sector which many ISRI members come under, Slips, Trips, and Falls are also a leading cause for injury. Hazard recognition and keeping your workforce aware of the potential hazards around them is a key part of your health and safety program.
