No one has a reliable crystal ball but the PSI Board tasked some experts to look beyond 2019 with insightful long-term projections to help keep the industry looking forward. One of the major topics was the growth of e-commerce. Moore & Associates put together an in-depth study on “The Impact of E-commerce on Residential Recycling Programs,” and gave an abridged version at the PSI Winter Event that was part of the 2019 ISRI Winter Board of Directors’ Meetings. The full study will be presented, in-depth, at the 2019 ISRI Convention in Los Angeles as featured part of the Residential Recycling Summit.
