This is a reminder that today is the deadline to electronically file 2018 OSHA 300A logs. This applies to companies with 250 or more employees that are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records.
This also applies to companies with 20 to 249 employees in high hazard industries. Most ISRI members fall in this category.
It is suggested that you click on “how” first which discusses options to file. Then click on “Launch ITA” To file.
There are several FAQ’s and job aids to provide help in completing the process.
