Surf & Sand Resort

A limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved for meeting attendees at a discounted rate of $309 per night plus taxes and fees and for the dates of the meeting. The discounted rate is not available for arrivals before or after the dates of the meeting (October 25–27). Overnight parking and resort fees are waived for guests reserving rooms with ISRI. Daily valet parking for non-registered resort guests is $10.

To make your sleeping room reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 855-231-1321 or register online using the link below. When calling, be sure to indicate you are participating in the ISRI 2022 Fall Meeting to receive the discounted room rate. At the time the reservation is made, a deposit representing one-night room charge, plus tax and fee, is required with each individual reservation. This deposit will be credited to the individual room account.

Please note that a seven (7) day cancellation notice is required to refund the required individual room deposit. To cancel your reservation and receive the full one-night deposit, please call 855-231-1321 at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations made after the seven (7) day notice requirement will be charged the entire reserved booking.

The hotel reservation deadline is Thursday, September 22, 2022, or until the discounted room block sells out—whichever occurs first. The discounted room block may fill quickly before the deadline, so we encourage you to make your reservation early.

Laguna Beach is accessible to three airports with John Wayne Airport (SNA) being the closest and an approximate 25-minute drive (15 miles) depending on time of day and traffic conditions. Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is an approximate 1.5 hours’ drive and Long Beach Airport (LGB) is approximately a 1-hour drive.
