Ensuring ReMA Emails Reach Your Inbox: Safelisting Instructions
It has come to our attention that with the new ReMA name and email domain change, some of our members have been either not been receiving emails and/or our emails are going to spam folders.

To help ensure that you and your team are receiving all the important ReMA alerts and emails, below and attached are some instructions to help make sure that @recycledmaterials.org email addresses are properly safelisted in your email systems:

Please see the generic outlook instructions below (Instructions with pictures here):
  1. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook settings."
  2. Select "Mail" from the settings menu.
  3. Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.
  4. Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."
  5. Enter the email address that you want safelisted.
  6. Choose "Save"

NOTES: Since we don't know how every member company has their email system set up (e.g. physical server, cloud, combination of both) the above and attached instructions can provide enough context for said companies and/or your IT teams to make the needed changes on your side at the server level. Individuals can also take these steps in their own Outlook accounts, and it may remedy the issue for them individually, BUT safelisting at the server level needs to happen either way. If you are a bigger organization and need help whitelisting at the server level please contact our IT team at it@recycledmaterials.org to individually help.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to continuing to serve you and provide you with the highest level of service and value.
