1. No purchase is required to win a prize, and a purchase of any ISRI product or service will not improve the chances of winning.
2. The Prize: Three (3) all access registrations to ISRI2025 (one per individual). Each winner receives the all access registration only and cannot exchange it for cash. Registrations are non-transferable.
3. How to Enter: Beginning on April 17^th, 2024, at around 11 a.m. eastern time through April 30^th, 2024, at 5 p.m. eastern time, participants can complete evaluations for education sessions attended during ISRI2024 through a link sent to their email. Evaluations for sessions attended on one day are available the next morning, and all evaluations will be available by April 19^th. By completing an evaluation, eligible individuals are automatically entered into the drawing. If you do not want to participate in the sweepstakes, please contact Paula Pagano at ppagano@isri.org. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you are found to have circumvented the rules, your entry will be void, and you will be disqualified from the sweepstakes.
   • Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE): Eligible individuals may also enter the sweepstakes during the timeframe stated above by emailing Paula Pagano directly at ppagano@isri.org.
4. Eligibility requirements: Open to all residents, ages 21+, of the 50 United States and D.C. that either complete an ISRI2024 education session evaluation or enter the sweepstakes via the AMOE between April 17^th, 2024, and April 30^th, 2024, except for ISRI employees and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
5. Selection method: Winners will be selected randomly by ISRI via Name Picker, a free online tool used to choose a random name or winner from a list of names. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
6. Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected on Monday, May 20, 2024, at or around 4 p.m. eastern time. Winners will be notified and announced between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. eastern time on Monday, May 20, 2024, via email. Winners will receive their prizes upon notification via email. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and ISRI may select an alternate winner. All applicable income taxes resulting from prize acceptance are the responsibility of the winners.
7. Publicity Rights: By accepting a prize, you agree to allow ISRI to use your name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

By entering into the sweepstakes, participants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of ISRI (which are final), including the following additional terms and conditions:

• Right to modify. ISRI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner ISRI deems appropriate, including substituting a prize if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. In the event of early termination, participants will be notified, and winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received as of the effective date of termination.
• Limitation of Liability. By entering this sweepstakes, participants waive all right to, and hold ISRI and its officers, directors, members, employees, and affiliates free and harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize given.ISRI will not be responsible for the following: late entries; a participant’s failure to receive prize communications because the communications went to participant’s spam or junk e-mail, or due to other security settings, or for participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s).
• Choice of Law and Forum. Participants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the District of Columbia, without giving effect to any of the conflicts of law provisions thereof.
