In 2017, 92 ISRI members joined the Circle of Safety Excellence™ (COSE) program, including 15 new members. COSE was also opened to Canadian members of ISRI in 2017. In addition, COSE leaders developed a near-miss reporting form so COSE members could share information on such incidents in their operations immediately with other COSE members.
