Criteria

• Willingness to share the following company injury frequency rate data by announced date of each year:
  
  
  • LTI (Lost Time Injury Rate)
  • DART (Days Away, Restricted work activity and/or Job Transfer Injury Rate)
  • TCIR (Total Case Injury Rate)
  • Willingness to attend one COSE™ meeting per year
    
    
• Company must have in place key elements of a safety management program


• Company must commit to continuous safety improvement


• Company must commit to outreach to others in the industry regarding the promotion of safe practices
