Inclusion Cohort (New)
Join fellow recycled materials companies in filling your workforce needs through a supported, inclusive hiring strategy. The program is inspired by
e-Stewards’ Advance+ initiative. This cohort offers members:
- On-site assessments
- Candidate sourcing: we find your future employees!
- Employer and management training
- Coaching on available incentives such as grants and tax credits
- Regular cohort meetings to learn from peers
The program is available to ISRI members at a member only subscription rate. The exact monthly fee depends on your company hiring needs and facility location. Typically, low turnover, incentives and higher productivity has resulted in a 2:1 ROI on this investment.
