(Washington, DC) – In recognition of strides to enhance overall member communication and advance member value, ISRI, the Voice of the Recycling Industry™, was recently named the recipient of eight 2022 MarCom Awards, including the Platinum Award—the organization’s highest honor—for the video Recycled Materials Making a Difference in Our Lives. The Platinum Award is presented to those submissions judged to be the most outstanding entries in the competition.
“All of ISRI is proud to congratulate our amazing communications team on these well-deserved creative awards,” said ISRI President Robin Wiener. “This recognition reinforces the organization’s efforts to effectively, and creatively communicate the messages and tell the stories of the recycled materials industry.”
The MarCom Awards, presented by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, are an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, public relations firms, design shops, production companies, and freelancers.
There were over 6,000 entries in the MarCom Awards 2022 competition. The Gold Award is presented to those entries judged to exceed the high standards of the industry norm. Honorable Mention certificates are granted to those entries that meet the expectations of the judges.
