On Thursday, December 6, 2018 in the Nation’s Capital, the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) will be holding a workshop discussion entitled “From Plastics to Paper: How Chinese Policies have Altered U.S. Recycling” which will be the first time NCSL has focused attention on this particular subject that impacts the recycling industry.
ISRI is an NCSL Platinum Foundation sponsor and proposed the subject matter for discussion at the NCSL Capitol Forum in D.C. as part of ISRI’s ongoing partnership with NCSL to educate state policymakers on matters of importance to our industry. The workshop
will include a panel of experts including ISRI’s Chief Economist Joe Pickard. The Forum is being held at the Capitol Hyatt in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, December 6 from 2:45 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the Regency B ballroom.
