2018 State Legislative Outlook

New Hampshire HB 1561 was introduced to prohibit the use crumb rubber (defined as a material that contains shredded or ground rubber recycled from motor vehicle tires) from being installed in any village, town, playground or public school.

New Hampshire HB 1561 is currently up for consideration in the Municipal and County Government on January 3, 2018 and is due out of Committee on March 1, 2018.
