Online Training Tools to Help You Work Faster, Safer, and More Efficiently

On May 25, the webinar “Using Market Fundamentals to Understand the Paper Market” be will be hosted by ISRI Research Analyst/Commodities Bernie Lee. Bernie will lift the lid on the techniques market analysts use to develop market forecasts and show how the numbers stack up.

With this knowledge you’ll be armed to make sense of market forecasts and be able to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Safety is highlighted prominently the next day, May 26, “Improving Driver Behavior and Reducing Accidents” which will be hosted by ISRI Director of Transportation Safety Commodor Hall and guest lecturer Klint Crawford, safety expert at Lytx DriveCam. Clint will discuss the numerous distractions that can impact driver behavior and how new advancements in technology such as in-cab video can help reduce the accidents you may be experiencing.

June will also feature several important and interesting webinars. On June 1, “Using Plastic Recycling To Help Prevent Ocean Litter and Debris” will discuss the challenge of reducing marine debris and ocean litter. The recycling industry has an important role to play to ensure our oceans are trash free and in this webinar Eric DesRoberts, Ocean Conversancy, and Stewart Harris, American Chemistry Council  will discuss what their organizations are doing and their perspective of how the recycling industry can help.

June 6 will feature a webinar, “Strategies for Coping with Overwhelming Situations,” which will discuss strategies people can implement to help deal with a stressful situation. Veteran speaker and coach Terry Monaghan of Time Triage will step you through these strategies and how each one can be implemented to help you work through the situation and achieve success.
