Overview:
It’s safe to say at one point or another, we’ve all had someone, who we considered a mentor, influence our lives in a positive way. Mentee and mentor relationships are mutually beneficial, providing encouragement and often life-changing experiences.
Join ISRI’s Women in Recycling Council (WIR) and presenter Kelly Springer for a discussion on what makes a mentee/mentor relationship thrive. Madelaine Shiff will share details about WIR’s mentor network program that is launching in May!
