The ship's captain - The captain of the California dive boat (Conception) was charged with 34 counts of manslaughter because he allegedly failed to provide proper training, provide a proper watch, and conduct emergency drills. The fire started as a result of overloaded electrical outlets. If a disaster occurs in your scrapyard, who is your "Ship's Captain" and will he be guilty of similar oversights?

Kenneth A. Kunze is a retired firefighter, who served 30 years with the Fort Wayne Indiana Fire Department including 15 years as a Battalion Chief in the Combat Division.
