ISRI's ScrapTheftAlert.com has played a significant role in fighting materials theft. Many ISRI members and other recyclers are registered with system and are familiar with the alerts that are generated. However, there are a number of other features available to subscribers and that can help build relationships with local law enforcement.

This workshop will instruct users on:

• How to register or update an existing registration
• How to submit an alert
• Search all active alerts by date, location, materials, etc.
• New features added since the 2016 update
• Features and accessibility available to law enforcement
• Features available to the system administrator

Speaker:

Brady Mills, ISRI Brady Mills is ISRI’s Director of Law Enforcement Outreach, a position he has held since February 2014. His primary responsibility is to develop new relationships and improve existing relationships between industry members and the law enforcement community.  He is also the administrator of the ScrapTheftAlert.com materials theft alert system.
