Kristen Hildreth is the AVP of government relations and strategic partnerships for ReMA. In her role, she's poised to leverage her experience and network to foster strategic partnerships and advance and bolster ReMA’s policy priorities across all levels of government. Prior to joining ReMA, Hildreth demonstrated her advocacy skills at the National Conference of State Legislatures, a bipartisan national association representing the legislatures of the 50 states, territories and the District of Columbia. There she effectively lobbied Congress and the administration on behalf of states in the agriculture, energy, environment and transportation arenas. Her expertise includes identifying emerging policy issues, building coalitions and translating complex policy action into accessible insights for a diverse range of audiences. She holds a B.S. in political science from the George Washington University.

Eric Kuster joined the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) as the Vice President of Safety, Education and Compliance in August of 2019. In this role Eric has overall responsibility for PERC’s safety, training and compliance programs including the PERC Education Program (PEP) and works with industry stakeholders on several regulatory organizations include the NFPA 58 technical committee and World Liquid Gas Association.

Eric Kuster graduated from Delaware Valley University with a Bachelor of Science degree and after graduation was involved in emergency services as a firefighter and 911 dispatcher. He started his career in the propane industry in 1990 working in almost every aspect of wholesale and retail propane operations including Director of Safety and Training for a multistate propane and petroleum marketer. He then expanded his safety career as the National Director of Risk Engineering for an insurance underwriting company providing safety and compliance guidance, incident investigation and subject matter expertise for industries including propane, natural gas, and explosives. Most recently Eric held the position of Director of Safety and Certification for the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) before his move to PERC.

Lyndon Rickards is the Director of Safety and Compliance with the Propane Education and Research Council. He has over 38 years of experience in the propane industry serving various job functions that range from a service technician, delivery driver, trainer, to safety, compliance and risk management.
