The Circle of Safety Excellence™ application for 2017 membership has launched!  New applicants for 2017 membership can now complete the application, including the submission of company data. For returning Members, you will need to reapply by entering your company injury frequency data for the year 2016. All new applicants and returning Members must submit their company's information no later than March 31st in order to be included in the initial benchmarking reports to be to be released at the April 22 COSE meeting in New Orleans at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.

The ISRI Circle of Safety ExcellenceTM is an initiative offered by ISRI to help improve worker safety in the recycling industry.  The key to this initiative is the establishment of a platform – the Circle – within which like-minded companies voluntarily come forward to share safety data and best practices for the betterment of their own safety operation, and at the same time be recognized by ISRI for their commitment to safety.

Who Can Join

All Active ISRI members located within the United States and Canada, who process or consume scrap material and are committed to operating safely, are invited to apply to be part of the Circle.
