The 9th RIOS™ Train the Trainer Workshops will take place February 26–28, 2013 at the Embassy Suites Atlanta – Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.  The Embassy Suites Atlanta – Airport is offering a special “RIOS Train the Trainer” rate of $109/night single/double plus taxes. Meeting Information

Conducted by First Environment over 2 ½ days starting early morning February 26, the RIOS Workshops will cover the fundamentals of management systems, RIOS, and the R2 Practices for electronics recyclers; use of the RIOS Implementation Guide to design and implement RIOS and R2/RIOS™ management systems; and internal auditing techniques. Registration includes training materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and coffee/snack breaks, as well as a first evening reception by First Environment. Special Invited Guest Tracey Blaszak, EHS Compliance Director, Synergy Recycling, will offer insight and practical advice on R2/RIOS implementation and certification. The registration fee is $595 per attendee, well-below cost as a RIOS member benefit. The registration form, along with details and a tentative agenda, is provided in the RIOS Workshops brochure. Registrants must be employed by RIOS member facilities (implementation consultants may attend on behalf of RIOS member facilities with prior ISC permission). If not a RIOS member, your company may apply for RIOS membership and register staff for the RIOS Workshops at the same time.
