Scrap metal theft is a fairly big problem
creating public safety hazards and resulting in
increased crime in our communities. The Institute of
Scrap Recycling Industries has instituted a program,

to help law enforcement agencies
and the industry combat metals theft. This video
explains the problem and the program.
